Abstract Mt. Hollywood Congregational Church, founded in 1905, is located in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles. Its longest-serving pastor, Allan A. Hunter, led the congregation from 1926 until his retirement in 1963, but stayed actively involved until his death almost twenty years later. This collection reflects the activities of the church throughout the twentieth century, as well as the progressive ideas and religious teachings of Reverend Hunter. Los Angeles Women's March collection

The collection consists of posters, flyers, pussy hats and other ephemera collected by librarians in USC Libraries Special Collections in the aftermath of the Los Angeles Women's March of January 21, 2017 and at the Women's March of January 20, 2018. The collection also includes a few items created for the Women's March on Washington.

Joseph Roos papers

Abstract

This collection contains papers documenting the activities of Joseph Roos (1905-1999) from his retirement from the Community Relations Committee of the Jewish Federation Council in 1969 until his death in 1999. These papers include correspondence, research files, memoranda and publications. Some documentation of Roos's earlier activities investigating the activities of the German Bund in Los Angeles in the 1930s is also present.

Abstract When the Union Pacific Railroad and Southern Pacific Railroad merged in 1997 and the former did a housecleaning of its inventory, many of the Union Pacific's archival materials were saved.
